| Spill Description: |
| On July 20, 2021, a release daylighting from the subsurface at the Troudt 14N-33HZ location was discovered. The impacted soil was discovered while draining the fuel scrubber at the facility. The release has been controlled. Volume of the release is being determined. Assessment activities are ongoing at the site. The analytical results and assessment details will be provided in a supplemental report. A topographic Site Location Map showing the geographic setting of the release is attached as Figure 1. |
