| Spill Description: |
| During normal operations, secondary containment was identified to have standing fluid. A small crack in outside corner of secondary liner has resulted in 1-2 bbls leaving containment and staying on the working surface. Crews have already removed free fluid and put back into system. Gun barrel tank on site is suspect for corrosion, but will be identified in supplemental form 19. Stained soil is being excavated and samples will be collected 6/3/2021 from area and analyzed for 915. Background samples will also be collected. |
