| Potential impacts to soil and groundwater were observed during facility closure activities beneath the partially buried produced water tank and beneath the separator, in place approximately 100 feet north of the produced water tank. Both potential historic releases were discovered on Wednesday, May 5, 2021 at 3:00 pm and are being addressed in this combined Initial Form 19. Surface water was not impacted, no injuries occurred as a result of the release, and cleanup is ongoing. |
