| Surface soil staining was observed adjacent to the free water knockout vessel during a routine site visit to the facility. The free water knockout vessel was immediately isolated. The release, estimated to be approximately 5 bbls, was discovered today, April 7, 2021, at approximately 8:30 am and was completely contained on-site. Surface water was not impacted, no injuries occurred as a result of the release, and cleanup is ongoing. |
