A pressure test was conducted on March 21, 2021 and 8 barrels were recorded lost. Between the pressure test and prior integrity issues, an estimated total of 13 barrels of produced water were released. The vessel has been emptied and the water line has been closed. The release occurred inside unlined secondary containment. Remedial investigation and potential fluid recovery is pending approval to remove the produced water vessel. | | |
