| We had a hydrocarbon mist leave location at the Horsetail 07 West CPB. The cause of this release was due to high winds that tore off a piece of tin from the treater building and struck/broke the sight glass. Sight glass was isolated upon discovery. A crew was immediately dispatched to cleanup release. |
