| Spill Description: |
| During routine inspection our operations teams identified what appeared to be water in the lined secondary containment system. Based on further investigation, there was a leak that occurred from a single water storage tank. The facility automatically shut down. 99.2% of the produced water was contained within the lined secondary containment system, the secondary containment system was cleaned and the water was disposed of in a licensed facility. After initial cleaning and investigation it was found that approximately 1 bbl was identified to have leaked through the containment system. The water tank has been isolated and locked out/tagged out for further investigation. |
