| Spill Description: |
| During reclamation activities at the Sarchet #1 tank battery, historical petroleum hydrocarbon impacted soil was encountered. The volume of the release is unknown. Based on the volume of impacted soil excavated, the release was reported to the COGCC on January 24, 2020. Excavation activities are ongoing. The assessment details and analytical results will be summarized in a supplemental report. The topographic Site Location Map showing the geographic setting of the release is provided as Figure 1. |
