if work proceeding under an approved Form 27: | N/A | | | | Spill Description: | | A water truck driver was on site at the 17F on 11/13/2019 at approximately 1:30 pm and noticed fluid had come to the surface of the pad. Upon further investigation, it was discovered that a flowline on the pad was leaking underground. The line was immediately shut in, and a hydrovac truck was called to suck up standing water. Currently, locates are being requested so that repairs can be made to the underground flowline. It was calculated that approximately 13 BBL of produced water was released. Verbal notification was made to Steven Arauza on 11/13/2019 at 5:07 pm. | | |
