| Leak Description: | Operator was performing rounds at the location. Vapor was noticed coming from facility equipment. Operator used 4-gas monitor
to survey the location. When gas was detected, he notified safety personnel. This was identified as a supply gas line for tank
valves, the line was immediately isolated, and placed out of service. |
