| On 8/20/2019 or 8/21/2019, a completions crew subcontractor emptied a temporary containment filled with oil at the wellhead of the Grizzly 3-32. Alex Fischer (COGCC) identified the release and notified SandRidge. Total oil spilled was less than 1 BBL, but a Form 19 was requested by Alex Fischer. A hydrovac truck was immediately dispatched to the location to remove all oil and contaminated soil. |
