| Spill Description: |
| Underground produced water flowline developed a leak within the facility boundary but outside of secondary containment. Upon discovery transfer pumps where shut down. And vacuum trucks were used to recover fluid that ponded on the surface. Flowline was then isolated and locked/tagged out. Cause of line rupture under investigation. |
