| Spill Description: |
| On March 20, 2019 at approximately 9:15am a release occurred at the Horsetail 07 East CPB. Approximately 60 bbls of produced water were released within a lined containment. The cause of the release is currently under investigation but is associated to a tee on the produced water fill line. A crew was dispatched on March 20, 2019 to recover the produced water and to remove the pea gravel within containment. Upon removal of the pea gravel the liner will be inspected to ensure integrity. |
