| At approximately 4:00pm on 11/15/2025, the night pumper received a low flow alarm for the C.R. Stoffer B1. Upon his arrival to the location, he noticed a leak coming from the flowline at the well head, 4ft below grade. Produced injection water and oil were released to ground. All fluids stayed on well pad location within the earthen berms. Once it was discovered, the operator immediately shut the well in and contained leak on location. All proper notifications were made, repair and clean up plans were made. Spill area washed with fresh clean water from water plant. |
