Through hydrostatic testing, we confirmed there was a hole in the tank. The tank has since been removed from service. We then conducted a hydrostatic test on the secondary containment and confirmed a liner failure. It is believed the produced water missing from the southwestern most tank leaked out of the tank, through the liner, and into the soil beneath and around the secondary containment. | | |
