| Spill Description: |
| On March 13, 2018, at approximately 6:30 pm, a produced water flowline ruptured and released approximately 17 bbls of a produced water/oil mixture to the surface. A currently unknown amount of produced water was released to the subsurface. The release was contained to the facility. The line was immediately shut in and is currently being exposed. The impacted soil is being removed and hauled off location. The line will be repaired and pressure tested prior to returning to service. |
