| Spill Description: |
| Leak formed in produced water dump line causing a produced water spill. Leak occured at an elbow and internal erosion due to sand carryover from separator is initially believed to be the cause. The failed tee has been removed and sent for laboratory analysis. Contaminated soil will be removed of and disposed in local landfill. Soil samples to verify Table 910 Compliance will be collected before backfilling excavation. |
