| Spill Description: |
| On August 25, 2017, a release of treated produced water occurred at the JZM 1N-3HZ well pad when a valve failed during produced water recycling operations. Approximately 10 barrels of treated produced water were released inside of a lined secondary containment. Site assessment activities are ongoing and will be summarized in a forthcoming Supplemental Form 19. A topographic Site Location Map illustrating the geographic setting of the release is provided as Figure 1. |
