| Crestone Peak field personnel were notified of a release at the Bury Crandell 21-23 wellhead. After routine plunger maintenance a on inch valve was left open. When the well was returned to production a condensate spray of approximately 2-3 gallons was released from the wellhead into an inactive cement lined irrigation ditch adjacent to the location. The valve was closed to stop the release. Pressure washers were used to clean the dry concrete ditch and booms were deployed to contain the wash water. The wash water was collected via vacuum truck and disposed of at licensed injection facility. |
