| Spill Description: |
| Plug fell out of snail on transfer pump from scavenger tank. Approximately 18 total bbls OBM spilled in containment, less than 2 bbls out of containment. A vac truck was used to clean up the OBM in containment, dirt out of containment was scraped. Plug was replaced and all other plugs on all pumps were checked. |
