| Spill Description: |
| On 1-13-2017, the operator identified that a valve body grease fitting failed at the G1SW well pad. The fitting on the valve was under high pressure and fluids leaked within the building where the valve is located. All spilled fluid ponded within the building footprint and was recovered via vac-truck. |
