Approximately 3 to 5 barrels of drilling mud overflowed a tank and were released outside of containment and onto the ground surface. A hydrovac was deployed to recover the released fluids. A topographic Site Location Map showing the geographic setting of the release is provided as Figure 1. Site assessment and excavation activities are ongoing and will be summarized in a forthcoming Supplemental Form 19 Release Report. | | |
