This Form 19 was submitted during the discovery in 2013 but did not make it into the database. In accordance with COGCC Rule 905.b, representative samples (analyzed for Table 910-1 constituents of concern) were collected from undisturbed soil beneath the terminal pit liner. Sample analysis indicated total petroleum hydrocarbon (TPH), benzene, sodium absorption ratio (SAR), and arsenic to be above the allowable Table 910-1 levels.
