| Spill Description: |
| During well completion activities at the Bane 28N1-9HZ well, a tubing head valve that was left open resulted in the release of approximately 56 barrels of circulation fluids onto the wellpad surface. The circulation fluids were contained on the wellpad. Approximately 56 barrels of the released circulation fluids were recovered using a vacuum truck. The surface soil sampling details and analytical results are summarized in the supplemental report. A topographic Site Location Map showing the general location of the release is provided as Figure 1. |
