Pressure relief valve failed on an injection well line and send a higher volume of produced water into a produced water tank; the valve was not over pressured. The tank overfilled and spilled produced water into lined SPCC containment allowing for 100% recovery. 90 bbls of produced water mixed with stormwater was recovered from the lined containment.
