| On January 19, 2015, a release was discovered at the Rademacher 9, 16-25A, 10, 15, 23, 37, 38, 39-25 production facility during a routine site inspection. Approximately 9 barrels of crude oil were released within the lined steel berm on site; no fluids were released outside of containment. Impacted material will be excavated and transported to the Buffalo Ridge Landfill in Keenesburg, Colorado for disposal. After excavation activities are complete, confirmation soil samples will be collected from the final extent of the excavation area. Excavation activities are on-going at this location. |
