| At the Razor 26 CPB the crude hauler operator opened a valve to load his truck and realized that his hose was not connected resulting in the loss of 1.5 bbls of crude oil. The valve was immediately closed, and the impacted soils were excavated. Impacted soils > Table 910-1 will be removed and disposed. |
