| Comment: | On 12/20/2011, a release of 220 barrels (bbls) of produced water from a poly line adjacent to our SGV 35O facility. We were able to recover approximately 210 bbls of produced water from the release area and the SGV 35O pad surface. The GPS coordinates for the release point are:
