Comments:  A 2" fluids "dump" pipeline was discovered leaking on 2/13/2011 at a point where the line "T'd" into a main header line, dumping fluids into condensate tanks. Fluids from the leak surfaced as a result of a line freeze beyond pipeline break, causing pressure build up, forcing fluids to the surface at the point of the subject leak. The date of the initial line break/leak is currently unknown. AFISCHER 3/1/11 Per operator, the Lat/Long is a North American Datum 1983 coordinate. It is a generic point which does not reference any features on site and is a calculated center point of the generic polygon “boundary” feature we use for this site.
