Comment: Based on historical documents, aerial imagery, and COGCC Inspection #697300010 the historical pit was replaced with a fiberglass produced water vault. Pit status has been changed to Active. Upon vault removal the Operator shall submit a Form 27 Site Investigation and Remediation Workplan for the removal of a buried/partially buried produced water vessel in accordance with Rule 905.b.; the vault and pit may be closed with the same Form 27.
