| Comment: | Historically, produced water was filtered and discharged into the nearby settling ponds per an agreement with The North Poudre Irrigation Company (Document #70628) dated 6/26/1970. This practice was discontinued in the late 80’s or early 90’s; no documentation was found to indicate the exact date.
