| Comment: | Two earthen pits were present at the Peterson 13-20 and Peterson 14-20 shared facilities during production. The associated well, Peterson 13-20, was PA'd on 10/14/1987. The Peterson 14-20 was disconnected from the facility and later converted to an injection well. Prior to 1997 COGCC regulations pits closed prior to this date need only comply with surface reclamation standards. The facility passed final reclamation inspection 01/16/1990. Pit status has been changed to Closed. NG 03/30/2020 |
