ORDER NO. 95-4

 

REPORT OF THE COMMISSION

 

This cause came on for hearing before the Commission on December 16, 1985 at 9:00 a.m., in Room 110 State Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado, after giving Notice of Hearing as required by law, on the Commission's own motion to vacate Order No. 95-3.

 

FINDINGS

 

The Commission finds as follows:

 

1.      Due notice of the time, place and purpose of the hearing has been given in all respects as required by law.

 

2.      The Commission has jurisdiction over the subject matter embraced in said Notice, and of the parties interested therein, and jurisdiction to promulgate the hereinafter prescribed order.

 

3.      On September 26, 1958 the Commission authorized Order No. 95-3 to be issued which gave approval to a certain Unit Agreement and secondary recovery program for the North Kejr "D" Sand Unit Area, consisting of the following described lands in Washington County, Colorado:

 

Township 2 South, Range 56 West, 6th P.M.

Section 2:  S1/2

Section 10:  S1/2NE1/4, NE1/4NE1/4, N1/2SE1/4, SE1/4SE1/4

Section 11:  NW/4, NW/4SW/4, N/2NE/4

 

4.      The Commission has been advised that termination of the Unit has been approved by one hundred percent (100%) of the working interest owners, therefore, Order No. 95-3 is no longer necessary and should be vacated, and the lands described hereinabove made subject to the general rules and regulations of the Commission.

 

ORDER

 

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that Order No. 95-3 is hereby vacated and the area described in Finding 3 herein shall henceforth be subject to the general rules and regulations of the Commission.

 

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the provisions contained in the above order shall become effective forthwith.
