REPORT OF THE COMMISSION
This cause came on for hearing before the Commission on August 9, 1960, at 10:00 A.M., in Room 227, State Services Building, Denver, Colorado, after publication of Notice of Hearing as required by law, on the application of the Monsanto Chemical Company, as Unit Operator, for an order allowing and approving the enlargement of the Unit Area of the Little Beaver-East Unit, Washington County, Colorado.
FINDINGS
The Commission finds as follows:
1. That due notice of the time, place and purpose of the hearing has been given in all respects as required by law.
2. That the Commission has jurisdiction over the subject matter embraced in said Notice, and of the parties interested therein, and jurisdiction to promulgate the hereinafter prescribed order.
3. That in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Little Beaver-East Unit Agreement and Unit Operating Agreement, the W½NW¼ of Section 2, Township 2 South, Range 56 West of the 6th P.M., Washington County, Colorado, was included in the Little Beaver-East Unit Area on August 1, 1960.
4. That said enlargement will project correlative rights, increase ultimate recovery of oil and gas; and prevent waste, and should therefore be approved as being in the public interest for conservation.
ORDER
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that the enlargement of the Little Beaver-East Unit Area, "D" Sand, to include the West Half of the Northwest Quarter (W½NW¼) of Section Two (2), Township Two (2) South, Range Fifty-six (56) West of the 6th P.M., Washington County Colorado, is hereby approved, and said Little Beaver-East Unit Area shall be composed of the following lands in Washington County, Colorado, to-wit:
