ORDER

The Commission heard this matter on January 26, 2016, at the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission, 1120 Lincoln Street, Suite 801, Denver, Colorado, upon a verified application filed by Renegade Oil & Gas Company, LLC (Operator No. 74165) for an order to declare, clarify, and/or revise Commission Order No. 407-1277 (“Application”).

On November 20, 2015, Verdad Oil & Gas Corporation (Operator No. 10485) filed a Protest and a Motion to Dismiss the Application (“Motion”). On January 15, 2016, the Hearing Officer entered an order denying the Motion.

On January 15, 2016, the Hearing Officer also issued a Hearing Officer Recommendation, recommending that the Application should be denied. See Exhibit A.

On January 26, 2016, the parties presented oral argument to the Commission concerning their claims and defenses under stipulated facts.

Pursuant to §34-60-106(6), C.R.S., the Commission hereby unanimously adopts the Hearing Officer Recommendation and DENIES the relief sought in the Application.
