REPORT OF THE COMMISSION
This cause came on for hearing before the Commission on August 21, 1979 at 9:00 A.M., in Room 318-A, State Centennial Building, Denver, Colorado, after giving Notice of Hearing as required by haw, on the application of Amoco Production Company for an order deleting certain lands from the spaced area Of the Strasburg Field, Adams County, Colorado.
FINDINGS
The Commission finds as follows:
1. Amoco Production Company, as applicant herein, is an interested party in the subject matter of the above-referenced hearing.
2. Due notice of the time, place and purpose of the hearing has been given in all respects as required by law.
3. The Commission has jurisdiction over the subject matter embraced in said Notice, and of the parties interested therein, and jurisdiction to promulgate the hereinafter prescribed order.
4. On September 21, 1976, the Commission issued Order No. 312-1 which established 80-acre drilling and spacing units for the production of oil and associated hydrocarbons from the "D" Sand underlying certain lands in Adams County, Colorado, known as the Strasburg Field.
5. Subsequent drilling and development in the spaced area has established the limits of the common source of supply of oil and associated hydrocarbons in the "D" Sand and in order to promote additional drilling, the following described, lands should be deleted from the spaced area of the Strasburg Field, Adams County, Colorado:
TownShip 3 South, Range 62 West, 6th P.M. Section 16: All Section 20: All Section 17: All and said lands be made subject to the general rules and regulations of the Commission.
ORDER
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that the lands as described in Finding 5 herein, are hereby deleted from the spaced area of the Strasburg Field and are no longer subject to the provisions of Order No. 312-1, and that the lands remaining in the Strasburg Field, Adams County, Colorado, and subject to the provisions of Order No. 312-1 are described as follows:
Township 3 South, Range 62 West, 6th P.M. Section 15: All Section 27. All Section 21: All Section 28: All Section 22: All Section 29: All .,

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the Commission expressly reserves its right, after notice and hearing, to alter, amend or repeal any part of and/or all of the above order.
