IN THE MATTER OF THE PROMULGATION AND ESTABLISHMENT OF FIELD RULES TO GOVERN OPERATIONS IN THE RADAR FIELD ADAMS COUNTY, COLORADO Cause No. 310 Order No. 310-2

REPORT OF THE COMMISSION

This cause came on for hearing before the Commission on June 20, 1977 at 9 A.M., in Room 110, State Centennial Building, Denver, Colorado, after giving Notice of Hearing as required by law, on the Commission's own motion to consider the continua-tion of the 80-acre drilling and spacing units in the Radar Field, Adams County, Colorado.

FINDINGS

The Commission finds as follows:

1. That due notice of the time, place, and purpose of the hearing has been given in all respects as required by law.

2. That the Commission has jurisdiction over the subject matter embraced in said Notice, and of the parties interested therein, and jurisdiction to promulgate the hereinafter prescribed order.

3. That on August 17, 1976, the Commission issued its Order No. 310-1 which established 80-acre drilling and spacing units, consisting of the E/2 and W/2 or the N/2 and S/2 of each quarter section, for the production of oil from the "J" Sand underlying the following described lands in Adams County, Colorado:

Township 2 South, Range 64 West, 6th P.M. Section 25: All Section 34: All Section 26: All Section 35: All Section 27: All Section 36: All Township 3 South, Range 64 West, 6th P.M. Section 1: All Section 3: All Section 2: All 4. That evidence presented at the hearing indicates that the drilling and spacing units as established by Order No. 310-1 should be continued; however, Sections 1, 2 and 3, Township 3 South, Range 64 West, 6th P.M., should be deleted from the spaced area of the Radar Field, and said lands be made subject to the general rules and regulations of the Commission.

ORDER

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that Sections 1, 2 and 3, Township 3 South, Range 64 West, 6th P.M. are hereby deleted from the spaced area of the Radar Field and said lands are no longer subject to the provisions of Order No. 310-1, and the provisions of said Order No. 310-1 shall remain in effect for the remaining described lands in the Radar Field, Adams County, Colorado:

Township 2 South, Range 64 West, 6th P.M. Section 25: All Section 34: All Section 26: All Section 35: All Section 27: All Section 36: All .

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the Commission expressly reserves its right, after notice and hearing, to alter, amend or repeal any part of and/or all of the above order.
