REPORT OF THE COMMISSION
This cause came on for hearing before the Commission on November 18, 1975, at 9 A.M., in Room 532, State Services Building, Denver, Colorado, after giving Notice or Hearing as required by law, on the application of Thomas G. Vessels, for an order extending the field limits of the Surrey Field, and establishing for the additional area 80-acre drilling and spacing units for the production of oil from the Sussex formation as provided for in Order No. 266-1.
FINDINGS
The Commission finds as follows.
1. That due notice of the time, place, and purpose of the hearing has been given in all respects as required by law.
2. That the Commission has jurisdiction over the subject matter embraced in said Notice, and of the parties interested therein, and jurisdiction to promulgate the hereinafter prescribed order.
3. That on June 19, 1973, the Commission issued its Order No. 266-1 which, among other things, established 80-acre drilling and spacing units for the produc-tion of oil from the Sussex formation underlying the Surrey Field, with each unit consisting of the E/2 and W/2 or the N/2 and S/2 of each quarter section, and the permitted well for each unit to be located in the center of the NW/4 and SE/4 of each quarter section.
4. That testimony presented at the hearing indicates a common source of supply of oil underlies, in addition to the area set forth in Order No. 266-1, the following described lands in Weld County, Colorado, to-wit:
Township 1 North, Range 67 West, 6th P.M. Section 34: All and that such area should be made subject to the provisions of Order No. 266-1.

ORDER
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that the area set forth in Finding 4 herein shall be subject to the provisions of Order No. 266-1, and the Surrey Field shall henceforth include the following described lands in Adams and Weld Counties, Colorado, to-wit:
Township 1 North, Range 67 West, 6th P.M. Section 28: All Section 32: All Section 29: All Section 33: All Section 30: All Section 34: All Section 31: All Township 1 South, Range 67 West, 6th P.M. Section 4: All Section 7: All Section 5: All Section 8: All Section 6: All
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the Commission expressly reserves the right, after notice and hearing, to alter, amend, or repeal any part of or all of the above order.
