ORDER NO. 232-12

 

REPORT OF THE COMMISSION

 

This cause came on for hearing before the Commission on October 18, 1976 at 9 a.m., in Room 110, State Centennial Building, Denver, Colorado, after giving Notice of Hearing as required by law, on the application of H.H. Champlin and Jack Danford requesting the Commission to "safeguard, protect and enforce the coequal and correlative rights of owners and producers in a common source or pool of oil and gas to the end that each owner and producer in a common pool or source of supply of oil and gas may obtain his just and equitable share of production therefrom", pursuant to Section 34-60-102 C.R.S. 1973.

 

FINDINGS

 

The Commission finds as follows:

 

1.      That due notice of the time, place and purpose of the hearing has been given in all respects as required by law.

 

2.      That the Commission did not have jurisdiction over the subject matter embraced in said Notice, therefore the application should be dismissed.

 

ORDER

 

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that the application submitted on September 24, 1976 by H.H. Champlin and Jack Danford is hereby dismissed.
