ORDER NO. 211-3

 

REPORT OF THE COMMISSION

 

This cause came on for hearing before the Commission on September 16, 1969, at 10 a.m., in Conference Room 260, Columbine Building, 1845 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado, after giving Notice of Hearing as required by law, to consider any additional data available to more closely define the field limits as established by Order No. 211-1.

 

FINDINGS

 

The Commission finds as follows:

 

1.      That due notice of the time, place and purpose of the hearing has been given in all respects as required by law.

 

2.      That the Commission has jurisdiction over the subject matter embraced in said Notice, and of the parties interested therein, and jurisdiction to promulgate the hereinafter prescribed order.

 

3.      Due to the present development in the spaced area, and in order to promote future development, Order No. 211-1 is no longer necessary and should be vacated, and provisions of the Commission's general rules and regulations should prevail.

 

ORDER

 

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that Order No. 211-1 in Cause No. 211 is hereby vacated and operations in the area known as the Sheridan Lake Field shall hereafter be governed by the general rules and regulations of this Commission.

 

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the Commission expressly reserves its right, after notice and hearing, to alter, amend or repeal the above order.
