FINDINGS
The Commission finds as follows:
1. That due notice of the time, place and purpose of the hearing has been given in all respects as required by law.
2 That the Commission has jurisdiction over the subject matter embraced said Notice; and of the parties interested therein, and jurisdiction to promulgate hereinafter prescribed order.
3. That Applicant is the owner and operator of oil and gas leases in the E˝ Section 22, Township 2 South, Range 57 West, 6th P.M., Adams County, Colorado, upon which it has drilled the following two wells:
Clifford Causey No 15 well - located 1650 feet south of the north line and 1650 feet west of the east line of said Section 22
Clifford Causey No. 17 well - located 330 feet south of the north line and 1650 feet west of the east line of said Section 22
and that the Clifford Causey No. 15 well and the Clifford Causey No. 17 well are capable of producing from the "D" and "J" sand formations,
4. That in the drilling of the Clifford Causey No. 15 well, the "D" sand was encountered between the approximate depths of 5252 feet and 5306 feet below the surface, and that the "J" sand was encountered between the approximate depths of 5326 feet and 5374 feet below the surface, and that said well is now producing from the "J" sand formation through perforations between the approximate depths of 5324 feet and 5330 feet below the surface; and that said well is now capable of producing from the sand formation and from the "D" sand formation; and that Applicant proposes to dually complete said well in the "D" and "J" sands, separate common sources of supply, by perforating opposite the "D" sand between 5274 feet and 5277 feet, and between 5284 feet and 5300 feet and that the production from such dual completion will be separate and without commingling, in the manner indicated on Applicant's Exhibit A-1.

That in the drilling of the Clifford Causey No, 17 well., the "D" sand was encountered between the approximate depths of 5258 feet and 5302 feet below the surface, and that the "J" sand was encountered between the approximate depths of 5326 feet and 5376 feet below the surface, and that said well is now producing from the "J" sand formation through perforations between the approximate depths of 5326 feet and 5352 feet below the surface; and that said well is now capable of producing from the sand formation and from the "D" sand formation; and that Applicant proposes to dually complete said well in the "D" and "J" sands, separate common sources of supply, by perforating opposite the "D" sand between 5282 feet and 5295 feet, and between 5298 feet and 5304 feet from the surface; and that the production from such dual completion will be separate and without commingling, in the manner indicated on Applicant's Exhibit A-2.
6. That all available geological and engineering data concerning the above wells indicate that said wells can be dually completed as set forth in Findings 4 and 5 above, and that authority for said dual completions should be granted.
7. That the granting of Applicant's application, and the completion of and production from said wells in the manner hereinabove described, would not result in waste, and that no damage would result to either formation because of such dual completions,
