ORDER NO. 2-12

 

REPORT OF THE COMMISSION

 

This matter came on for further hearing before the Commission on Tuesday, June 2, 1953, at 10:00 A.M., at 704 State Capitol Annex, 14th Avenue and Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado, pursuant to Order No. 2-11 of the Commission, and the hearing was adjourned to 824 Equitable Building, Denver, Colorado; and thereupon the Commission considered a date for further hearing in connection with the proposed injection plans of the operators in the Rangely field and further considered the desirability of extending the time for compliance with Rule 3-a and Rule 3-b of Order No. 2-8.

 

FINDINGS

 

The Commission finds as follows:

 

(1)     That due notice of the time, place and purpose of the hearing in this matter was given in all respects as required by law.

 

(2)     That the Commission has Jurisdiction over the subject matter embraced in said notice and of the parties interested therein, and jurisdiction to promulgate the following prescribed Order.

 

(3)     That the Order or Orders hereinafter prescribed are necessary in order that full compliance with the Commission's Orders No. 2-8 and No. 2-9 can best be accomplished.

 

ORDER

 

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the effective period for compliance with the provisions of Rule 3-a of Order No. 2-8, as amended by Orders No. 2-9, 2-10 and 2-11, is hereby extended to be effective during the two months period from June 30, 1953 to and including August 31, 1953.

 

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the effective date of Rule 3-b of Order No. 2-8, as amended by Orders No. 2-9, 2-10 and 2-11, is hereby extended to September 1, 1953. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that further hearing in connection with the proposed gas injection plans is hereby continued to Wednesday, July 1, 1953, at 10:00 330 State Office Building, Colfax and Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado at which time the Commission shall enter such further orders as may be appropriate in the premises.

 

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this Order shall become effective forthwith.
