Pursuant to a hearing before the Oil and Gas Conservation Commission on March 30, 1998, in Suite 801, The Chancery Building, 1120 Lincoln Street, Denver, Colorado, the Oil and Gas Conservation Commission approved the request to abolish the fee for the processing of a Change of Operator, Form 10 and promulgated an amendment to Appendix III of the Rules and Regulations as shown below.
