                                                             REPORT OF THE COMMISSION

 

                        Pursuant to a hearing before the Oil and Gas Conservation Commission on August 21, 1995, Suite 801, The Chancery Building, 1120 Lincoln Street, Denver, Colorado, after discussion of pertinent subject matter, the Oil and Gas Conservation Commission adopted a policy and procedure to authorize the Director to approve the combining of production from separate pools where the Net Revenue interest owners are not identical; provided that one-hundred percent (100%) of the owners have consented to the commingling of production from the separate pools and have agreed to the method that the combined production is to be allocated to each pool to establish the division of proceeds.
