ORDER NO. 18-4

 

REPORT OF THE COMMISSION

 

This cause came on for hearing before the Commission on November 19, 1968, at 10 a.m., in Conference Room 260, Columbine Building, 1845 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado, after publication of Notice of Hearing as required by law, on the Commission's own motion to consider the vacating of Order Nos. 18-1, 18-2 and 18-3 in the Padroni Field.

 

FINDINGS

 

The Commission finds as follows:

 

1.      That due notice of the time, place and purpose of the hearings has been given in all respects as required by law.

 

2.      That the Commission has jurisdiction over the subject matter embraced in said Notice, and of the parties interested therein, and jurisdiction to promulgate the hereinafter prescribed order.

 

3.      Since the wells in all the drilling units have been plugged and abandoned, except in the following described unit in Logan County, Colorado, to-wit:

 

Township 9N, Range 52 West, 6th P.M.

 

Section 21: N˝

 

which was designated as Unit No. 1, and in order to promote future drilling, the area comprising the drilling and spacing units as established by Order Nos. 18-1, 18-2 and 18-3, except for the unit set forth above, should be governed by the provisions of the general rules and regulations of the Commission.

 

4.      That all objections to the deletion of the lands in the Padroni Field outside Unit No. 1 as described above, have been withdrawn.

 

ORDER

 

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that Order Nos. 18-1, 18-2 and I8-3 in Cause No. 18 are hereby rescinded except for the following described unit in Logan County, Colorado, to-wit:

 

Township 9N, Range 52 West, 6th P.M.

 

Section 21: N˝

 

which is designated Unit No. 1, and that all operations in the area known as the Padroni Field and outside the above described area shall be governed by the general rules and regulations of this Commission.
