REPORT OF THE COMMISSION
This cause came on for hearing before the Commission on March 17, 1980 at 9:00 A.M., in Room 110, State Centennial Building, Denver, Colorado, after giving Notice of Hearing as required by law, on the Commission's own motion to consider the deletion of certain lands from the spaced area of the Bijou-South Field as established by Order No. 168-2.
FINDINGS
The Commission finds as follows:
1. Due notice of the time and place and purpose of the hearing has been given in all respects as required by law.
2. The Commission has jurisdiction over the subject matter embraced in said Notice, and of the parties interested therein, and jurisdiction to promulgate the hereinafter prescribed order.
3. On December 19, 1972, the Commission issued Order No. 168-2 which established 320-acre drilling and spacing units for the production of gas and associated hydrocarbons from the "J" Sand underlying certain lands in the Bijou-South Field.
4. Subsequent drilling and development in the spaced area has established the limits of the common source of supply of gas from the "J" Sand to a unit consisting of the E½ Section 29 and a unit consisting of the N½ Section 32, Township 4 North, Range 59 west, 6th P.M., and in order to promote future development in the area, the following lands should be deleted from the spaced area as established by Order No. 168-2 for the Bijou-South Field, Morgan County, Colorado:

and said lands should be made subject to the general rules and regulations of the Commission.
ORDER
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that the lands described in Finding 4 herein are hereby deleted from the spaced area of the Bijou-South Field and are no longer subject to the provisions of Order No. 168-2 but to the general rules and regulations of the Commission, and the lands remaining in the spaced area of the Bijou-South Field, Morgan County, Colorado, and subject to the provisions of Order No. 168-2 are described as follows:

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the Commission expressly reserves its right, after notice and hearing, to alter, amend or repeal any part of and/or all of the above order.
