This cause came on for hearing before the Commission on December 19, 1961, at 10 a.m., in Room 132, State Services Building, Denver, Colorado, after publication of Notice of Hearing as required by law, on the application of the Ambassador Oil Corporation for an order establishing 640-acre drilling and spacing units for the production of gas from the Dakota formation, common source of supply underlying certain lands in Mesa County, Colorado, with the permitted well to be located not closer than 1320 feet from the boundary lines of such drilling and spacing unit.

5. That testimony presented at the above hearing indicates that one well will adequately and efficiently drain an area of approximately 640 acres as to gas; and that, drilling and spacing units of the size and shape herein described are not smaller than the maximum area that can be efficiently drained by one gas well producing from said Dakota formation.
ORDER
