REPORT OF THE COMMISSION
This cause came on for hearing before the Commission on August 15, 1961 at 10 a.m., in Room 320C, State Capitol, Denver, Colorado, after publication of Notice of Hearing as required by law on the Commission's own motion to consider a redefinition of the Bijou-West Field.
FINDINGS
The Commission finds as follows:
1. That due notice of the time place and purpose of the hearing has been given in all respects as required by law.
2. That the Commission has jurisdiction over the subject matter embraced in said Notice, and of the parties interested therein, and jurisdiction to promulgate the hereinafter prescribed order.
3. That on February 11, 1959, the Commission issued its Order No, 124 1 [sic] which, among other things, defined the limits of the Bijou-West Field; and that said order was subsequently amended as to field limits for the D-2 sand formation.
4. That testimony presented at the hearing indicates that the following described lands in Morgan County, Colorado, should be deleted from said Bijou-West Field, D-2 sand formation:

and that Rule 1 of Order No. 124-2 should therefore be amended accordingly.
ORDER
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the SE¼ NE¼, E½SW¼ NE¼, E½SE¼, and E½W½SE¼ of Section 1, Township 4 North, Range 60 West, 6th P.M., Morgan County, Colorado, is hereby deleted from the Bijou-West Field, leaving the area of the Bijou-West Field, leaving the area of the Bijou-West Field as follows:
