ORDER NO. 120-2

 

REPORT OF THE COMMISSION

 

This cause came on for hearing before the Commission on February 16, 1965, in Room 100, State Services Building, Denver, Colorado, after publication of Notice of Hearing as required by law, on the Commission's own motion to consider vacating Order No. 120-1 heretofore issued by the Commission in this cause.  No objection was presented at the hearing.

 

FINDINGS

 

The Commission finds as follows:

 

1.      That due notice of the time, place and purpose of the hearing has been given in all respects as required by law.

 

2.      That the Commission has jurisdiction over the subject matter embraced in said Notice, and of the parties interested therein, and jurisdiction to promulgate the hereinafter prescribed order.

 

3.      That the wells originally drilled and completed for production from the drilling units established by Order No. 120-1 have been depleted and are plugged and abandoned.  That in order to allow future development in the Spruce field area Order No. 120-1 should be rescinded and the provisions of the general rules and regulations govern.

 

ORDER

 

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that Order No. 120-1 of the Commission relating to operations of the "J" sand reservoir of the Spruce field is hereby vacated, and operations in said area as previously defined shall hereafter be governed by the general rules and regulations of this Commission.
