REPORT OF THE COMMISSION

This cause came on for hearing before the Commission on June 17, 1958, at 10 a.m., in Room 330 State Office Building, Denver, Colorado, after publication and service of Notice of Hearing as required by law, on the application of the Scags Oil Company for an order allowing an exception to Rule 317 of the Rules and Regulations of The Oil and Gas Conservation Commission of the State of Colorado, for a well to be drilled off pattern.

FINDINGS

            The Commission finds as follows:

1. That dues notice of the time, place and purpose of the hearing has been given in all

respects as required by law.

2. That the Commission has jurisdiction over the subject matter embraced in said Notice,

and of the parties interested therein, and jurisdiction to promulgate the hereinafter prescribed order.

3. That an exception to Rule 317 of the Rules and Regulations of The Oil and Gas

Conservation Commission of the State of Colorado should be granted for a well to be drilled on the following described location:

361 feet from the east line, 661 feet from the south

Line, and 998 feet from the west line, in the W½W½

of Section 31, Township 8 North, Range 52 West of the

6^th P.M., Logan County, Colorado.

ORDER

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that an exception is hereby granted for a well to be drilled Three Hundred Sixty-one (361) feet from the east line, Six Hundred Sixty-one (661) feet from the south line, and Nine Hundred Ninety-eight (998) feet from the west line, in the West Half of the West Half (w½W½) of Section Thirty-one (31), Township Eight (8) North, Range Fifty-two(52) West of the 6^th P.M., Logan County, Colorado.
